The aim of WP1 is to ensure that the FOSSR project is conducted effectively and efficiently, on time, on budget and in accordance with the project proposal and the administrative and financial regulations of the NRP Plan. The project management is also committed to adhering to the cross-cutting principles of the NRDP, including equality of opportunity, non-discrimination, gender equality and environmental sustainability. With regard to quality assurance, a system of key performance indicators (KPIs) has been established and must be followed to ensure the high quality of the project. Furthermore, in order to proactively manage potential risks, WP1 defines a specific approach and tools for risk identification and management.<\/p>\n
