The event will take place <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">on February 19, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM CET<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, and will be held entirely online.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The PLP, implemented through the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Optimal Policy Learning (OPL) set of algorithms<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, enables users to define <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">treatment assignment rules<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> that maximize overall welfare by estimating policy effects on beneficiaries. This <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">online seminar<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> will explore three key approaches to empirical welfare maximization: <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">threshold-based, linear-combination, and decision-tree<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, demonstrating their applications across three platforms: <\/span><b><span
