Following the success of the first course, the second FOSSR online training – “Managing Data within the Social Science Infrastructures: the Role of FOSSR” – took place on 6–7 November, organized by CNR-Irpps and led by Fabrizio Pecoraro and Daniela Luzi.
The course addressed the urgent need to train data management experts capable of supporting long-term data preservation, access, and reuse in the context of open science.
Through lectures and interactive sessions, the course provided participants with skills, tools, and standards to integrate open science practices into their research workflows, including legal and ethical aspects of data management.
