As part of CNR’s Centenary celebrations, the FOSSR Conference (Fostering Open Science in Social Science Research) was held on 17 October in the Aula Marconi at CNR’s headquarters.
The event presented the first Italian Open Science Cloud for the Social Sciences, funded by PNRR–NextGenerationEU and coordinated by CNR-Ircres.
The conference offered an overview of the project’s technical and scientific aspects, including data collection and analysis, governance, training, communication, and dissemination — a day devoted to open science and data innovation for the benefit of both the scientific community and society at large.
