The FOSSR Governing Board, chaired by scientific coordinator Emanuela Reale (CNR-IRCrES), met on June 16 for its inaugural session to outline the strategic objectives that will guide the future of the infrastructure.
Participants included prominent institutions such as ISTAT – the National Institute of Statistics, several universities (University of Milano-Bicocca, Politecnico di Milano, and University of Padua), and the project’s partners (CNR-IRCrES, CNR-DSU, CNR-ISMed, CNR-ICAR, CNR-ISTC, CNR-IRPPS, and CNR-ISTI).
This multidisciplinary collaboration promises to enrich the research perspective through a variety of expertise and viewpoints.
The Governing Board of FOSSR is responsible for formulating and approving the project’s strategic planning and policies and for monitoring all ongoing activities. Its presence ensures accurate guidance for the coherent and sustainable development of FOSSR within the broader landscape of research activities.
