GARR Conference – 15 June 2023
The researchers of the FOSSR project will take part in the upcoming GARR Conference 2023, to be held in Florence from June 14 to 16.
This edition focuses on the interconnection of knowledge and the crucial importance of building research infrastructures that serve as a solid support for activities involving the management of large volumes of data, requiring high-performance processing, transmission, and storage capabilities.
FOSSR’s participation highlights its commitment to promoting Open Science and advancing research activities in the social sciences in Italy through the use of innovative tools.
The GARR Conference is the annual gathering for users, operators, and managers of Italy’s national research and education network, where experiences and reflections on the use of the network as a tool for research, training, and culture are shared across various disciplines and contexts.
FOSSR’s contribution, titled “Advancing Open Science in Italy with Innovative Tools for Social Science Research”, will be delivered a presentation in the session “The Data Space” scheduled for June 15.
